Advanced teachers' day

Guess what?
My right waist muscle pulled,
most probably due to over-highing during ACES day workout,
doind stupid stunts (eg hitting the shuttlecock backwards) when playing badminton,
and swimming too many laps, because I wanna take survivor silver! (yeah I'm slow!)
And it hurts like no tomorrow, but whatever!
Even though it hurts, there's still pictures no matter what! :D
Teachers' day celebration, & went to bukit timah CC to meet
PHPPSIANS after that. (I don't really know them?! But nevermind! :D)
Played badminton, chatted, PSP-ed, and stuff, reached home at 6 :)
